​Prized waterfront lot with boat dock and pool, a 70’s home remodeled in the 80’s to an “open great room” concept before its time.  The home was tired and ready for a new buyer to tackle the next grand remodel so simple but effective changes were made to prepare the home for the active 2016 market.  Interior paint throughout, refinished the hardwood floors, changed door knobs and hinges, flooring in one bathroom, light fixtures were replaced with contemporary styles, landscaping cleared and large pots replanted.  The home was staged with the casual coastal vibe and appealed to many excited buyers.
