​Outstanding permits dating back 20 years needed to be dealt with prior to placing the home on the market.  Identifying the outstanding issues with the Town Building department and developing a plan, budget and timeline to execute was spearheaded by Jennifer and David.  Working with the town officials, contractors and tradesmen set us on our way.  After a few months the project was coming together and the stagers were brought in to enhance and brighten the interior.  The charming, brown shingle craftsman style home had the buyers buzzing around and resulted in multiple offers.  7 days on the market and the home was sold!
