A challenging slide property that proved too difficult for the average buyer.  Our experience and resources prompted the purchase with the intent to build in the future.  In 2013 we set in motion the architect, engineers and designed a home within the scope and scale of the neighborhood and passing design review with unanimous approval.  Modern, sleek yet inviting and functional.
