Deer Park, Fairfax
David and I developed the road and infrastructure for Deer Park Lane, as well as two single family homes. We designed and built the custom home at 35 Deer Park Lane featured below.
Vacant land with no road or utilities to the home site. David and I worked with engineers to design the roadway and set a plan for the utilities. We worked with the various departments with in town and outside (i.e. RVSD, PG&E, MMWD) to secure the necessary permits and meters for the home. The home was designed to span a natural, seasonal waterway with less disruption for erosion or slides. Creative and fun describes this CA contemporary with an interior bridge spanning a waterfall, rope swing hangs from the living room beams, hot tub and teepee are outdoor enjoyment and a vineyard of Merlot grapes.
