Charlotte Ann Boesel |
Born and raised in Marin County, it is an honor to say that I am a fourth-generation Realtor. As a child of a Realtor and a Contractor, I grew up with Real Estate as a common dinner conversation topic. I initially resisted Real Estate as a viable career for me, witnessing the many hours of work at all times day/night, the constant challenge of negotiating for the best outcome for your client, and the disappointment when the deal doesn’t come together. However, in my early twenties, I started working in the industry as the Office Administrator for Frank Howard Allen Real Estate in 2013 and continued on when they were acquired by Coldwell Banker in 2014.
I have matured and grown into this career developing the necessary skills to become a successful Realtor. As a community and people-oriented person I volunteer on a regular basis as part of my civic duty. My commitment to giving back has been built in to my career as a Realtor from day one. I am passionate about helping buyers become homeowners and assisting sellers to obtain the best price for their home in any given market. I have my clients’ interests at heart and in the forefront of my mind. To learn more, call me today. 415.497.5267 [email protected] |
